Presentation of the teacher portraits - KEEP project

Discover 20 teachers' portraits that identify innovative practices in 4 European countries from 5 different regions! Teachers from Belgium, France, Greece and Poland have shared with us their most effective practices in the context of distance learning so that teachers in Europe and around the world can draw inspiration from them and improve their experience in the virtual classroom.

The portraits were categorised using the following different pedagogical criteria:

  • Autonomy booster/Flipped classroom.
  • Asynchronous learning
  • Hybrid teaching
  • Synchronous learning
  • Personalized feedback
  • Collaborative learning/ teamwork
  • Learning through games

To select teachers with complementary profiles and practices, a questionnaire was deployed in each participating country in 2021. Then, the selected teachers' interviews allowed the Academy and partners to propose portraits that were validated by each teacher.

This deliverable was produced in February 2023 from semi-structured interviews conducted by our partners between June and October 2022. In order to ensure the quality and coherence of these portraits, the Nancy-Metz academy orchestrated the development of a common methodology in each participating country of this project.
