Results and period of validity
Sovereignty of the juries
The DELF and DALF exams are marked by authorised teams that have been accredited through training courses supervised by experts from France Éducation international. Exam centres issue results to candidates once they have been validated by the juries.
Consultation of papers
The decisions of the juries are final: candidates may not contest their marks. To consult their papers, candidates must contact their exam centre directly.
Valid for life
A diploma valid for life is issued in the event of eligibility. In the event of non-admissibility, a transcript of marks may be provided to the candidate by his/her exam centre.
Compliance audits to exam centres
France Éducation International ensures quality control in its exam centres through compliance audits.

How to report a malfunction
If you are a DILF, DELF, DALF or TCF candidate and you spot a possible malfunction in your exam centre, please report it to our services by writing to signalement.dilfdelfdalftcf@france-education-international.fr
A malfunction may be observed in the conditions in which candidates are welcomed, in the organisation of group tests, in the organisation of individual tests, in the behaviour of invigilators or examiners or in the centre's infrastructure.
Practice tests at exam centres
You can take part in practice tests in listening and reading comprehension, organised by the exam centres. These tests are aimed at teenagers and adults who want to prepare before taking the "tout public" or "junior/scolaire" versions of DELF (A1, A2, B1 and B2).
Candidates are put in exam conditions with real exam subjects. The centres undertake to respect the same procedures in terms of supervision and subject confidentiality as for an official DELF session.
